Sweetener
I used stevia for my sugar free hot chocolate mix recipe. It's important to use a granule stevia and not the liquid drops. To use liquid, make the recipe and omit the stevia and add it to the cup when you make it.
If you want to use another sugar substitute, then you will have to convert it.

You can also use powdered coffee creamer for up to half of the dry milk. This will make your sugar free hot cocoa mix recipe with stevia taste richer, but it may add calories or sugar.
