The Cinderella latte is a secret Starbucks drink that combines a whole chocolate latte and the pumpkin spice latte. Make it any time at home with this easy white chocolate pumpkin coffee creamer recipe.
White Chocolate Pumpkin Coffee Creamer Recipe AKA Cinderella Latte
What if a white chocolate latte and a pumpkin spice latte got married and had a baby? It would be a Cinderella latte!
I didn't name it, but the name makes sense. Like in the movie, a pumpkin is turned into something completely magical. But in the case of the drink, it turns into a magical, delicious coffee drink that you never knew you had to have.
I love white chocolate lattes and pumpkin spice lattes, so I knew that I had to try this Cinderella Latte.
I drink coffee every day, so instead of making a single latte at home, I decided to make a white chocolate pumpkin coffee creamer instead.
You guys. Angels were singing when I tried this pumpkin coffee recipe. It is amazing!
While I love my skinny pumpkin spice coffee creamer, the white chocolate adds a whole new layer of flavor. It's creamy, smooth, and has a hint of pumpkin and spice
Unlike the coffee house drink, this white chocolate pumpkin creamer recipe has real pumpkin puree in it for a natural flavor.
From my research, the Cinderella Latte was the dream child of @happiestteesonearth. Let me say thank you to him/her for creating this little taste of heaven on earth.
For this recipe, I combined my skinny white chocolate latte and my skinny pumpkin spice coffee creamer recipe. Of course, I made a skinny low carb version for my fall coffee creamer

I believe in options, so I always give you options. Need a low carb pumpkin coffee recipe? Dairy free? Low fat? Sugar free? You can do that with this pumpkin creamer recipe!
I love Starbucks as much as the next coffee loving mom, but I don't go often. The nearest one is 25 minutes away, and it always has a long line. It also cuts into my budget. I splurged on an expensive coffee pot in exchange for hitting Starbucks weekly.
Starbucks coffee drinks also have a lot of sugar. It's a treat, but it is a lot of sugar. I'm trying to avoid white sugar, so I usually make my own coffee creamers.
This fall coffee creamer recipe does have some refined sugar in the white chocolate chips, but we will get to that in a moment.
Since the Cinderella latte is a secret menu item, I can't calculate the nutrition information for it. Basically, you replace half of the pumpkin spice syrup with white chocolate syrup.
I just checked the Starbucks site with ingredient lists, and it looks like both the white chocolate latte and the pumpkin spice latte are less scary than they were last year. Both have sugar and condensed milk.
They also have natural flavors. Natural flavors is good, right?
Not necessarily. Natural means that it's from nature, but that doesn't mean it is something that you would normally eat. Bug legs are from nature, but I don't want to eat them.
I'm not saying that there are questionable ingredients in the Starbucks drinks. I'm just saying that we don't know what they are.
A 16-ounce white chocolate mocha has:
- 430 calories
- 18 grams fat
- 55 grams carbs
I'm making a white chocolate pumpkin coffee creamer and not a full latte, so obviously the calories, fat, and carbs will go down per serving. I can't really compare apples to apples here.
How to Make a Cinderella Latte Creamer Recipe Dairy Free
The base of this white chocolate pumpkin coffee creamer recipe is the milk. You can use your choice of milk.
I normally use almond milk for my fall coffee creamer, but I used half and half for this recipe because I got it on sale and had some leftover.
You can also use whole milk, skim milk, or coconut milk to make your pumpkin creamer recipe. It's totally up to you. It will affect the calories and fat of this recipe, so keep that in mind.
Personally, I prefer using oat milk for a Cinderella latte creamer recipe dairy free. I think the flavor of oat milk complements the pumpkin and white chocolate well.
Sweetener
Again, you have options for your pumpkin coffee recipe. I use coconut sugar because it's my preferred sugar alternative. It still has calories, but it has a lower glycemic index and doesn't cause blood sugar spikes like white sugar does.
You can also use white sugar or an artificial sweetener to make your fall coffee creamer if you want to.
Other Ingredients for Pumpkin Puree Coffee Creamer
A can of pumpkin has around 15 ounces, so you'll have a lot leftover. You can spoon it into an ice cube tray and freeze it for later.
I used pumpkin spice from Aldi for my pumpkin puree coffee creamer. Or use this pumpkin pie spice recipe to make your own.
I recommend using real vanilla extract. I make my own, and I can't believe what a taste difference it makes. Learn how to make vanilla extract from vanilla beans.
I used white chocolate chips from Aldi because they don't have food dyes or preservatives in them. You can try a dairy free white chocolate chip recipe or a sugar-free white chocolate recipe. I haven't tested this recipe with homemade white chocolate, so you may need to make some adjustments.
You have to have a cute cup to drink your coffee with your white chocolate pumpkin coffee creamer in.
