Iced Coffee

You can brew extra coffee in the morning and refrigerate it. You can also make an Instant Pot iced coffee concentrate. I've used both, and they both work well.
But for the best taste, you'll want to make a cold brew or buy one. I usually make it. Learn how to make cold brew coffee with coffee grounds.
If I buy it, I buy Stok brand iced coffee. I think it has a milder flavor that is very similar to what I make at home.
When I make a cold brew, I use a quart jar and this cone filter. The filter makes it easy to make it without straining, but it does take a full day.
Milk Choice for Iced PSL
You can use heavy whipping cream, half and half, or any cow's milk. I usually use 2 percent if I use cow's milk.
Lately, I've been drinking more iced lattes, so I'm using oat milk to limit my milk consumption. I don't like it as much as cow's milk, but I like it better than almond milk.
Use what works for you. The pumpkin and spices will overpower the taste of the milk anyway.
Pumpkin Puree
Use real pumpkin puree to make an iced PSL recipe. I make my own each year and freeze it in ice cube trays to use later. Learn how to make pumpkin puree in an Instant Pot.
If you do buy pumpkin puree, make sure that you use pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling.
Spoon leftover puree into an ice cube tray and freeze. Then pop it out and place in a bag. Now you have puree for your next pumpkin spice iced latte recipe!
